The EF Method is based on a simple principle: The more we personalize your program around your unique goals and needs, the faster you learn. With the EF Method, lasting language skills are guaranteed – no matter your starting level or native language. Thanks to the EF Method's combination of experienced teachers, interactive class time, technology-assisted practice, skill-boosting Project Sessions and real-life immersion, you’ll make maximum progress during your time abroad. Our high standards for education are recognized worldwide with accreditations from organizations including the British Council, EAQUALS and ACCET.
EF collaborates with top universities to fundamentally improve the way students learn languages. Network scholars explore advances in linguistics, teaching, technology, testing and cultural immersion. Together, we are committed to research and innovation that will shape the future of the language learning.

In 2018, EF entered the realm of professional cycling by acquiring our UCI WorldTour team – uniting 30 EF riders representing 15 nationalities. In 2022, in addition to our men’s team, EF will become the title sponsor of the longest running professional women’s cycling team in North America. Our women's team will be named EF Education-TIBCO-SVB. Most importantly, we’re helping set the standard for pay on the women’s side of the sport by paying every one of our full-time women riders the same minimum salary of a top-level, WorldTour professional man.
Friendship. Excellence. Respect. These are core values of the Olympic Movement. Since Baron Pierre de Coubertin founded the modern Olympic Games, the International Olympic Committee has encouraged youth and adults to work toward a better, more peaceful world. This is a mission we understand well at EF. Since 1988, EF has worked with the Olympics to design and deliver a range of educational solutions that promote understanding and connectedness at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. We have provided online language testing for volunteers, designed digital curricula on sports and Olympic hosting for students, and taught professional language skills to the Organizing Committees.
We’re honored to be appointed the trusted supplier of language and education training to Olympic Games, past and future.
